Cheshire and Warrington Housing Report - April 2008

Report commissioned by the CWEA Board to identify the current policy context for housing together with recent and forecast build rates.

The aim of the report is to inform the future planning debate by looking at housing supply and affordable housing in relation to economic performance. Information in the report by CWEA was gathered from and checked by County and DIstrict Councils and CWEA is very grateful for their input.
