The Sub Regional Action Plan
CWEA and its partners completed the first Sub Regional Action Plan for Cheshire & Warrington - entitled ‘Investing in Success' - at the end of July 2006. The plan sets out five main priorities for investment over four years 2007-2010 with a total value of over £300million. The NWDA has indicated that subject to detailed proposals it will allocate funding of £xxm to support these projects. The remaining £xxm is made up of match funding from other public sector organisations and private sector investments.

In addition to these five main packages, there are two additional non-themed projects: Macclesfield Learning Zone part of the North East Cheshire Growth Engine and Cheshire Year of the Gardens 2008.
